Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty:

All products purchased from PetGlam are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered:

Defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Malfunctions or failures due to normal usage.

What Is Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Wear and tear from regular use, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

Return Shipping:
